Desk Job & Losing Weight...

Hello all,

Just after some tips, advice, help, etc.

I have been working a desk job for the past 2 years roughly and have been struggling to lose weight. I have been trying a variety of things but nothing seems to be working and I have really fallen lax in healthy eating and working out. But I want to get back into the groove of things.

Does anyone in the same situation (or not) have any tips or advice on how to lose fat (rather not say lose 'weight') and tone up/build muscle while working a desk job?

For the past couple of weeks, I have been doing a workout 5 days a week in the morning before work, and then try to spend the majority of my lunch break walking. We also have stand up desks at work so I try and utilise that as much as possible during the day.

Any help would be appreciated, and also in terms of meals, eating, nutrition, etc.
