This might be a weird question, but has anyone heard from Elisabeth M? We 'met' almost two years ago when we started doing Abs R2 at the same time. We were workout buddies for almost 1.5 years, checking in with each other at least once a week.
Earlier this year, our contact got less, partially because we were no longer doing the same programs, but also because we were both busy and stressed and couldn't find the time to write long check-ins. The last time I heard from her is end of March, so it's been 3 months. I know she had a lot of stuff going on at that time, but I'm just hoping that she's okay. I haven't been very active in the FB Community lately, but maybe she commented somewhere recently? She didn't have a profile pic uploaded, it was the default grey icon. If anyone has 'heard' from her, I'd be happy to just know that she's fine!
