HKS (Healthy Kind Support) Accountability Group June 24th

Hi everyone!

Sorry, I forgot to post...the day is so busy with back-to-back meetings and I am trying to finish up a lot of projects.

"It's all about finding the calm in the chaos".

That is what I am hoping to do today by squeezing in a walk during my lunch break (if the rain stays away), I am happy I got my meditation and a long stretching video in this morning. I am sure it is helping me keep a level head. My body also needed a good stretching since I am still quite sore from an upper-body strength/kickboxing video.

What do you have planned for workouts today? or planning to rest? I haven't had time to think about dinner or anything so I will stop at the grocery store on the way home and get something colourful and delicious.
