Does anyone find it difficult to workout when the sun comes down to kiss your booty?

It's SO HOT. I was doing very well with my workouts until June came. I wake up sweating and I feel so out of energy. With how expensive everything is, we try to not run the A/C for a long time in the household. I haven't been keeping up with my workouts this summer. I'll do 2 workouts in the afternoon and yoga on both days at night, but I'll skip the day after because my body just dies. I keep myself hydrated and I keep moving around, but man do I feel awful for not working out consistently :/ I just wanted to let it out because the guilt was setting in lol.
