Easier version of roll ups? Nicole’s Pilate video HARD!

I’m currently working on the reboot challenge and today was a Pilates video with Nicole. She did a couple versions roll ups and I found them to be SOOO difficult. I’m still working on building my abs back up from having a c-section last year and I definitely could not do those. I knew I was cheating by using momentum but I didn’t know how to do an easier version.

Anyone have any suggestions?
