So let's talk workouts. Got one, none or a little sumthin' going on? Share your experiences! ..It's an optional rest day for me, but if I didn't want to rest, there is kickboxing on the calendar. You don't have to ask me twice! I always gotta little stress to smack around.
Anyway, what about the food? I'm thinking I'm overdue for a sandwhich. What nutrish and delish things are in store for your body and tongue?
And in speaking of tongues, it's a bit of a #TongueoutTuesday, flower style with this White Beardtongue. The name coming from the "hairy tongue" that lies along the lower portion of the flower and subtly sticking out. The plant also has fine hairs all over it, giving it a sort of luminous glow under the sunlight.
