HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group 13th June

Hello beautiful Blenders,

I hope I don't take anyone's spot today with starting the thread. Now that Ashley is back I think we are covered for now until July. I will do Mondays and Wednesdays from next week on.

My Friday last week went a bit different then planned. My husband and his father decided to go to Dingle so I started to work at 9am and stopped at 8.30pm. Saturday was nice, we went all to Cork to the English Market to get very fresh fish from this area and Sunday we went to a place with gorgeous view for full Irish breakfast. It is way to much food and way to little workouts. That's where the quote for me comes in, I need to start watching my diet and workout routine again to feel a bit better and healthier.
