New Workout! 57 Minute Upper Body Two Day Split - Push

Good Morning Everyone,

It seems that many of you have been enjoying the strength split routines, so I have created another one for you. This is the first part of a two day split for the upper body and is designed to focus on the “push” muscles in the upper body, specifically the chest, shoulders, and triceps.

I filmed this in the “workout with me” style, which means I filmed this routine as I would do it all on my own without a camera. So, expect a bit more rest time between sets; I will be demonstrating each exercise before we do it rather than using inset videos.
