Hello lovely folks,

I had a septoplasty and turbinate outfracture on May 11th, was instructed not to lift anything heavy for two weeks, I just wondered if anyone else has gone through this procedure and when did you start exercising properly again? I miss running and my high intensity workouts. I thought Id give myself 6 weeks but just wondering others experiences. :)
