FB Burn 1 Week 1 complete

Hey guys

I've just completed my first week and so far, so good. It is similar to FB Sweat and I enjoy the mix of styles.

I decided to do Daniel's Kettlebell as an extra credit on the first day.

I did some cycling on day 5 and did a cycle and a shorter yoga routine on day 6.

I loved Kelli's lower body strength routine on day 5 and I lifted more weight than I have in a long time.

Tomorrow is my rest day and back to week 2 on Wednesday.
