Nothing is Working...

I've been following Fitness Blender for a while and exercising between 4-5 days a week. I've only been having one meal a day. As an example, I got my workout in yesterday and all I had was one burrito for lunch.

Despite that, I'm 258 lbs and can't seem to lose any weight. I am getting to the point that I'm thinking about starving myself and exercising 7 days a week to the point that my nose starts bleeding. Because nothing else is working.

I have surgery coming up that I am looking forward to, and I am afraid the surgeon is going to tell me that he can't do the surgery because of my weight. It is... a very important surgery for me (I'm a trans woman so you can guess what surgery I'm talking about). If I'm told I can't have it... I don't want to think about what I'll do.

I need help. Please...
