Do you get more hungry the more you exercise? How do you handle that?

I went from working out 1-2x a week due to my schedule being busy/procrastinating on FB Fit workouts, and my diet was very clean and I never had cravings.

I increased it to 5x a week purely because I love the new FBFit30 and the workouts have been amazing! But I find myself really hungry and binging on a lot of food, which is not what my normal diet is like.

I'm not really sure what to do nutritionally speaking on how to best break up meals. Large meals make me languid and tired, so I thought about increasing my calorie expenditure evenly through 3 meals, but I have a very low appetite until I workout. Working out sort of activates my appetite, and I want everything from sweets and processed food to restaurant-food. This is my third day being uncomfortably full from eating too much after a workout, so I would love advice!
