Week 21 goal evaluation

I topped my grade 5 boulder!! It was even a 5+. I got some help from someone that works there, because the last step was so scary. She told me where to place my hand and I did it. So yay!!! The picture is of me not topping it because I was scared.

I just realised I did not set any new goals last week, but this was definitely one of them.

I want to work on climbing more dynamically, because that will really help me improve. I will do so with baby steps. Trying dynamic moves on easy boulders is a great way, because you can grab grips in between when you get too scared.

I also need to start repeating difficult boulders I have topped before, just to keep practicing the moves.

Lots of bouldering oriented goals, but I like those.
