Perspiration Pals Monday May 30th

Hello there PPalz, how are things? It's Monday again so here I am. No matter how hard we may try to avoid them, these Mondays just keep insisting on showing up don't they? So there's nothing for it but to push through. Hopefully our workouts, food and friends can help make that a bit easier.

In the US we're celebrating Memorial Day so I'm not finding this particular Monday as painful as usual. Yesterday was busy with errands and chores to help me dedicate today to relaxing as much as possible. I hope to spend a good chunk of the day reading in the backyard 🤞.

I'm not sure if I will get to starting week 2 of the Reboot Challenge today. I finished up week 1 yesterday marking days 5 and 6 complete, which included a total body strength video and stretching video. Total body strength is also on the calendar for day 8, so if I workout today I will have to do some swapping.
