I know most of you are resting workout wise and some, have something on your calendar. Please share what's up in your fitness world today? As for myself, I don't have anything on my calendar but I'm walking and still at it. I found a beautiful spot here by a lake, sat down to write to you. I consider this my happy place! Sunday question: where/what/ when or which situation is your "happy place"? It could be also only in your dreams😊

But food is always a happy place, right? What are we eating today Blendiez? Share any of your favorite meal of today please. As for me, my hubs is the boss of the kitchen today(Sundays). I saw fish defrosting last night😋
