FB Complete Day 10 / managing stress

Hi all! I did day 10 today which was core, I chose the beginner option and it was perfect for where I am at today; a very chill low impact tabata routine. It still got me sweating a bit but didn’t feel too overwhelming. It was nice to move around for a bit and those 30 minutes flew by!

I am disappointed that I had to take last week off due to a lot of stress, moving plus dealing with our senior kitty’s health issues.. it all is happening at once and I am barely functioning. Surprisingly, I had a block of time today after work so I decided to get in some movement rather than crashing out on the couch. I hope I can get in another workout this week, but it might not happen. I’m basically just hanging on by a thread and trying to keep my stress at a manageable level. 😬 the workout definitely helped with that !
