NSV- pull up training

It is day 24 of my routine "pull-up training - pull-up prep". Yesterday at the bouldering hall I did 3 negative pull-ups with 1 band and then 1 without a band. I could hold myself and let myself down gently! It felt awesome. I also held the hollow man hold for 20 seconds, twice in a row. I did not expect to see myself progress this fast with only training it twice a week. I have one more week of prep left and then it is on to training for an actual pull up.. I think I will be able to do one unassited by July..
