Motivation to work out - don't need to change how my body looks anymore

Has anyone felt that their motivation to work out has decreased now that they've felt more comfortable in their bodies?

Coming back from a long break of not working out, I don't feel the need to change my physical appearance anymore to look more 'fit' or athletic, or attain a certain shape... I feel like this is mentally healthy for me (although perhaps not mentioned much in the fitness community =), but at the same time, it's harder for me to motivate myself to do harder workouts.

Anyone have more mentally positive motivations for pushing yourself through those hard workouts besides 'I need to look better for ______', which i used to do?

Interestingly working out sometimes causes me to focus more on how my body looks, since I use a mirror for form. This usually leads to me critiquing it - this needs to improve, I don't like how this looks, etc. I'm also trying to find a way around that...

Thank you and much love fitness blenders :)
