Week 20 goal evaluation- NLP training- neuro linguistic programming

Hello everyone! How are you all doing? I had a very intense weekend fri-sun with the first of 5 weekends of NLP training. It was very interesting though and I am looking forward to the next session that will take place at the end of June. Have you ever done an NLP course? If you did, what has it brought you? I am having a really lazy day to day to unwind from all the information I took in the last 3 days and the emotions that it brought up..

Goalwise:

- I did not top my grade 5 boulder, but only went climbing once. I did enjoy my climbing session though and that is all that matters. I have 3 opportunities this week and will make the most of it this week…

- I did do my pull up training with only 1 band and that went well. I definitely feel like I am getting stronger.

- I already gave up the youate app… I don’t really know why. I think it is because I don’t want to take pictures of every meal.
