Just a short check-in from me. I started with working out again but very gentle time wise. And yes, two days in a row working out and my whole body is sore. It feels good but on the other hand it shows me how much strength I lost. Well, it will come back.

What are your plans for today. Which workouts or self-care activities have you planned?
