Lost all stamina :( need motivation

Hi!

After 8 months of not working out at all, I feel like I’ve lost all stamina I gained over the years :( in the past I’ve also gone without working out for similar periods of time but I feel like in this occasion working out again is being incredibly harder. I’m trying to be patient and do the easy version of the exercises while I regain stamina, flexibility and strength… but damn is mentally hard.

Just looking for some words of encouragement :( have a good night
