New Plus Workout! Quick Jump Rope Cardio Add On

I have a new and easy way for you to add a bit more cardio into any of your workouts — and it is only 10 minutes long. Just enough to get your heart rate up, but short enough to add on to almost any of our workouts without blowing your timing. You can also add a warm-up and cool-down to have a quick standalone workout as well. All you need is a jump rope.

We try to use as little equipment as possible in our workouts here at FB, but jump ropes are an inexpensive and easy way to get a great cardio workout.
