Happy Saturday!! Today I did FB Complete Day 9, which was an upper body strength workout. I feel AWESOME afterward and ready to tackle the rest of my day. I only got 2 workouts done this week, which is a bit disappointing, but I'm going to try to cut myself some slack because I am in the middle of moving and working 2 jobs at the same time, so c'est la vie. Week 3 of this journey is DONE.
This upcoming week is going to be crazy, I'm not sure if many workouts are going to be in the cards. My husband and I take possession of our new home next week, so we are going to be packing everything and the house is going to be a disaster! Starting tomorrow. For someone like me, my space has to be tidy otherwise I can't think straight and get really irritable. I am trying to mentally prepare myself for it, because right now our house is still put together like it's always been, and the idea of wrecking that is giving me so much anxiety!! But I am looking forward to getting into the new place, which is larger and has a workout room PLUS a new home office for my other job. I see the light at the end of the tunnel, but right now it's super stressful and I'm trying to prioritize taking care of myself, getting enough sleep, and not over-scheduling anything. Including workouts. I think I might take a break from Complete and do some before-bed pilates/yoga routines which seems more realistic and useful to me this week.
What has everyone got going on this weekend? Any workouts planned?
