Why oh why ??? 🤣

Why did I select a 45 minute Tasha level 5 after hiking all over Zion and Bryce canyon the past few days? 🤣😳😬 Not gonna lie, a calorie bar would have helped with my motivation. Lol But I did it.

And I do have the entire FB team to thank for all their hard work. I've been working out with them for almost a decade and it was wonderful to be able to have the agility, coordination, balance, endurance and strength to see all those magnificent sights firsthand. ;)
