Excited, stressed, and bummed out

Haven’t been working out for awhile lately as my hubby injured his back, leading to sciatica—but it is my ever tough husband,so getting him to actually get it checked out has not super easy! Then, my youngest son tore his shoulder labrum—not during wrestling season, but afterwards! Had surgery a week ago. I am contemplating whether or not having my knee replaced in two weeks is a good idea or not…..

I looked at the programs and saw two new ones that sound fantastic-then realized, I CANNOT DO THEM BOTH BEFORE SURGERY! Ugh!!!! Adulting can stop now! ( especially when “adulting” autocorrected to “faulting”!)
