FB Complete Day 1

Hey guys just checking in to hold myself accountable! Life has been crazy this past year and my workouts have gone on the back burner for various reasons... but I am getting back at it! I have made a goal to get in 3 work outs per week and put this one on my calendar. Today was day 1 and I did the beginner version. It felt AMAZING and it got me feeling really motivated and ready to tackle my work outs this week.

Anybody else doing complete right now?
