I've switched programs

I'm not a huge fan of HIIT, especially when it's scheduled more than once a week. I much prefer outdoor HIIT (like a stairs workout or power walking with hills). Today was the beginning of the 3rd week in the Sweat Program and HIIT was on the menu....again. I just couldn't face it. So I tried day one of the Strong program instead.

I'm in love!! I never sweated so much doing strength training. I was totally spent and so happy! I lifted heavier than before, I felt so motivated. And that's saying a lot, considering lower body work is not my favourite thing.

So I put the Sweat Program away and will complete the Strong program instead. Who knows, this may be the first time I do a program twice, back to back!

Is it too early to request a FB Strong 2? 😉
