Blenders!

What's everyone up to today. I was in the car most of the day. Went to my parents because tomorrow I get botox injections for my hand. I took some resistance bands with me but I won't be working out today. Sunday is always a rest day for me. I will probably go for a walk after dinner though. Since I'm at my parents, dinner will be a surprise. Who else is resting today?

This picture helped me a lot in recovery. My physical therapist also said "lots of small steps make a big step too". As long as you're moving forward and improving
