Cravings

Hi, i have been trying to lose weight for a fairly long time post baby. i have reduced with quick fixes and gained much more when i stopped. i found fitness blender and loved the workouts but i seriously struggle with my eating. i try and control and fail most of the time. i count my calories and workout burn calories. and still just manage to move a little on my scale. i got tests done, all are good.
