Update...victory!

Awhile back I posted about my battle with failing energy in the last two years and how yoga and walking seemed to be the only exercises I could do safely and consistently. All the while dreaming of coming back to strength training, power walking and hiit workouts...

I recently met with an acupuncturist who explained that my adrenal glands couldn't build any reserves and that's why I would "crash" repeatedly.

After only 3 treatments I'm crazy grateful to say that as of this week, I'm lifting weights again and I even got a sweaty 15 minute workout on my spin bike on Wednesday! I feel like the Energy Bunny!!

I'm beyond happy!! Yea, I'm still being mindful of what I do and for how long. But this is such progress for me I can't begin to explain how meaningful this is.

All this to say that for those who are struggling...keep at it. Who knows what's around the next bend...please just don't give up.
