Anxiety During Workouts

So, I don't know who else here experiences anxiety/panic attacks that are caused by exercise, but they *suck*. Ever since I started working out with FB in 2017 I've had them on an off, though thankfully not consistently. It often starts with me becoming hyperaware of my body and how it moves, the speed of my breath and the pain in my muscles.

Sometimes pushing through it helps. And sometimes, like today, that actually triggers a full-blown anxiety attack.

Sometimes I can get back into it after a break, and sometimes, like today, I can't.

Sometimes, I expect it and know to mentally prepare and sometimes, like today, it catches me by surprise.

I guess this is a slightly more public reminder to myself that it's okay to have off days and that it's okay if you can't finish a workout if you're in physical or mental distress.
