Just Over 10 Hours of Intentional Movement Complete This Week!

I originally set a goal to double the recommended weekly exercise (~150 minutes of moderate intensity activity or ~75 minutes of vigorous activity) with the intention of not sacrificing my health to be perfect at school.

So far, I have found a newfound love of moving my body. I crave it. I look forward to it. I have never been SO consistent. Now, I just need to get my diet on track (that’s a bit more difficult for me!)

* side note: I was a gymnast for 15 years so my body recovers and handles a high dose of impact very well :)
