Hey Everyone

I was at the doctor the other day and saw this quote on the wall (quite a familiar quote). This quote just caught my attention and spoke to me. I could not stop thinking about it. So, I decided to put it in an image and share it with the FitnessBlender community. Maybe there is someone else out there who needs to hear this.

The words are so obvious, and we are all aware of it, but still sometimes we forget it.
