Hey Pals, welcome to your regularly-scheduled Saturday challenge! Today we honor bunnies everywhere by doing something a bunny would. Option one is some kind of jumping -- jump squats, lizard hops or my favorite, the phantom jump rope. If you need inspiration, use your FB filters to find a workout that will suit (plyometrics🔥! I dare you!), or give us suggestions of your favorite workouts involving jumping right here in the thread 👍. If you don't feel like jumping, that's okay, option two is eating healthy, something that could be considered "rabbit food". A salad, alfalfa sprouts, tender little green beans... carrot cake🍰😉. Option three involves kettlebells (see meme). Report back what you chose!
I started FB Mobility yesterday. It's going to be good for me. Might also go for a walk outside, it's pretty sunny this morning. Well that's it for me, have a lovely Saturday.
