Hope everyone’s having a great weekend!
I didn’t workout today, so I thought I’d make myself a nice big breakfast since I usually just have something light before working out in the morning. I made over easy egg tacos with sautéed onions and mushrooms, red bell peppers and cilantro on top. Lightly fried zucchini, and plantain chips with some salsa I made yesterday, and a cool green smoothie. (Nothing like homemade salsa. I like it nice and spicy!) 🔥 I thought it looked pretty plated, so I took a picture and thought I’d share on here! I love cooking, and making good, real food!
