Daily Check-in: Tuesday, April 12th

Hello, Blendiez!

How are you all doing today?

I hope you're well!

I'm gonna jump right in here with our check-in, as I've got to get back to work.

So what's happenin with workouts today?

I'm going to get to the lower body routine I was supposed to do yesterday. Just ran out of energy, and did stretching yesterday instead. So lower body today, hopefully.

What's on the menu for today?

Turkey burgers and sweet potato fries!

Finally; here's your random pic! It is Tod. She was eyeballing my chickens. But I had a talk with Tod, and she understands the chickens are off limits, but the compost pile (and whatever old eggs may be in there) are hers--so long as she leaves the feathered wee beasties alone.
