C25K complete!!

9 weeks of running. I did it!! It involved a lot of questions, doubts, challenges and success. Right now I'm feeling pretty good, confident and proud.

I started this challenge at the end of January because...why not? But I have discovered that I actually like running and am now planning to keep it up.....2 or 3 times per week would be ideal.
