Going too hard, then needing to take a break day...

I am doing FBReach, which will seem easy. But, I view it as easy for some reason (first program, just getting in to exercise), and I will pair it with a bunch of other workouts. I will go three days really hard (for me), and then on a fourth day I lose motivation, and will push back that day to the next. And then start again.

I have restarted the FBReach program for like the fifth time, and this time I want to stick with it. But, I also want a bubble butt, and a flat stomach. And I have a deadline at the end of these four weeks.

I am worried that just FBReach won't be enough to whip me into shape in four weeks. What should I do? How could I schedule extra workouts without going overboard, and without doing too little?
