Quick Breads

My kids like the quick bread recipes on here (zucchini muffins, pumpkin bread, banana bread, etc.) Do you think these actually count as a serving of veggies, or does the fact that they’re baked so long in the oven void their nutritional qualities?

Also, request for more of these recipes! I have seen any carrot cake recipes on here yet.

Or, other recipes in which you can hide veggies!
