Oh my goodness, I will preface with I have never been a fan of TB Workouts. The link below is the best I’ve ever done. 4 strength groups focused on UB and LB separately at 3 sets for each strength group, so able to lift as heavy as you want. The kicker is the body weight sessions in between the strength groups. For the leg portion during body weight, I did use weights.
