Thought of the Day:

"I can find stillness, peace, and calm with every breath I breathe in, and every breath I breathe out."

Remembering to breathe during workout we all know is very important. But we also need to remember that focusing on the breathe throughout the day brings us back into the present moment and can bring peace in a stressful moment.

Today is a rest day for me. We are heading to town for grocery shopping and errands this morning. We are hoping for rain this evening and possibly snow in the mountains. The temperature dropped a lot over night so our chances are good.
