HKS (Healthy, Kind, Support) Accountability Group April 8th

Can you believe it is April 8th? Time is going so fast and I don't know where it is going.

"If you get tired, learn to rest not to quit"

This is very appropriate for me as I have been quite exhausted from work lately and my workouts. I am learning to take a rest (which is hard for me) but I know it is so important for my body and mind. The yoga so far has been a nice combination of challenging and relaxing. I snuck in a speedy run on Wednesday while it was still sunny out and was really impressed with my effort and how strong I felt.

Now it is Friday, yay! What do we have planned? Good food? good times with friends or family or good workouts? or everything!

We will have a honey lavender roasted chicken tonight which I am looking forward too. I am also looking forward to leaving work a bit earlier today. We'll see if that happens.
