Hello Fitness Blender Family,
I am getting ready to do another filming binge this week and though I have some ideas already I wanted to get some request and suggestions from all of you.
I particularly wanted to hear from those of you who enjoy our kickboxing workouts. The last one I released was so well received I was definitely gong to film some more and wanted to get your opinions on styles or structures you would like to see. Or if there are some old KB videos that you want me to update?
Aside from that what are some other workouts you would like to see? Strength, HIIT, Pilates, stretching, etc. Any specific structures or styles?
Let me know and you might just see your suggestion turn into a workout video.
