Barbells vs. Dumbells

Hi Everybody,

I've been wondering if anytbody can put into words the difference between working out with dumbells vs.. the single barbell. Since the primary method in FB is the dumbell, I primarily use those. Sometimes I add in a few sets of my own with barbells, and often feel like I am working slightly different muscles and in a different way.

Any thoughts of what is happening that makes it feel so different?
