I’m stuck

I’m trying to be more healthy and to lose few kg, but nothing happens! I’m working out 5 days a week, low impact, because I have health problems and can’t do cardio... I stopped drinking alcohol, I stopped eating bad food! In the morning I eat milk with whole grain oats and wheat, on lunch time I eat salad and in the evening I eat home make food, but I can’t lose any kg... where the hell an I wrong?! I also during 2l water, one coffee a day and a lot of green tea. I’m so disappointed and I’m loosing hope!
