4 Week Fit 30: Day 17 🔥

I got in a great workout today! I was struggling to choose between the HIIT & strength options & ended up choosing the 40 minute workout with Nicole - which was perfect because it was essentially a HIIT style lifting routine. Wow that was fun! I may have to film one of those myself soon 👀 I was feeling energetic today, so I added in short bursts of jump squats during the 1 minute recovery periods. I’m still not over the fact that I can do jump squats again 😁 I love (“love”) the way they just wear my legs and lungs right out, it’s rewarding (“rewarding” lol). I love it.

Daniel and Loki joined me today, which was really nice. Daniel did an improv sandbag workout that I’m trying to convince him to turn into a video! I was watching him out of the corner of my eye the whole time and it looked fun. Meanwhile Loki had a great nap.
