Training for endurance

Hi! Just wondering if anyone else here had any insight on this. I ride mountain bikes and sometimes go on rides as long as three hours. Of course I'm completely exhausted by the end, which is why I really want to build up my cardio and leg endurance. Is it realistic to achieve a goal like that by doing 30 min videos? Or should I aim to maybe do two videos together? Also... any other mountain bikers on here? :)
