Day 15 of Fit 30 + book recommendation

This morning I finished another workout for the Fit 30 program I’m making my way through. I chose the short option today because I just wanted to squeeze in a quick workout before going back to work. It worked great - warm up, workout and cool down in under 35 minutes.

Now I’m in the middle of editing a new lower body resistance band workout. I love those workouts - they were such a lifesaver (or at least, a mobility saver) when I couldn’t do HIIT or heavy lifting.

PS to all my fellow book worms out there - I just finished Breath: The New Science of a Lost Art, and I highly recommend it. Breathing is something we do thousands of times a day without a second thought, but the way we breathe matters! Very interesting and worthwhile read. On that note, if you’ve read anything good lately, please share ☺️
