I’m wondering if another choice could be added to the “day complete” option. I’d like an “active recovery day” option for the days where I only do a walk, gardening, or take it easy with a stretch video. Those days, for me, don’t fall into either “rest day” or “workout day” categories. Is that the same for anyone else?
