I couldn't sleep in this morning as much as I would've liked to, so I got up uncharacteristically early and got on with my day. Just before lunch I did the core w/o I'd missed earlier in the week and in the evening did the most wonderfully relaxing (mind and body!) stretching video with Daniel.

Not only is my 2nd week of FB Sweat complete, so is my day.
